Every product in our shop was selected by the providers at MD Vitality Wellness Center with our patient population in mind, including those on GLP-1 medications. The GLPvite line was designed specifically to be used alongside semaglutide, tirzepatide, and liraglutide. How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

Orders ship from our Indianapolis clinic in 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS. Shipping is a flat $9.95 anywhere in the continental United States, and free on orders of $100 or more.

Can I pick up my order in-clinic instead of paying for shipping?

Yes. At checkout, select "Pick up in clinic" to skip the shipping fee. Your order will usually be ready at our Indianapolis location the next business day — we'll email you as soon as it's ready.

Do I have to be a MDV Wellness patient to order?

Accepted Answer

No. Our shop is open to anyone. You do not need to be an established patient of MD Vitality Wellness Center to purchase supplements or skincare. That said, if you want personalized guidance on what to take, book a wellness consult and we'll build a plan with you.

How do I use a discount code?

Accepted Answer

Add products to your cart, then go to checkout. You'll see a "Discount code" field above the Order Summary — enter your code and click "Apply." The discount is confirmed before you pay, and applies to your subtotal. Discount codes can't be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

Due to the nature of supplements and personal-care products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost. Email us at info@mdvwellness.com to start a return.

Every product in our shop is reviewed and cleared by MD Vitality Wellness Center' medical team before making the shelf. We partner with formulators and brands whose quality, dosing, and ingredient sourcing meet our clinical standards — we don't sell anything our own providers wouldn't recommend to patients.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same PCI-compliant payment processor used by companies like Amazon, Shopify, and Instacart. Your card details never touch our servers. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
